These terms apply to the Clipwise browser extension and website. By installing or using Clipwise you agree to them.
The service
Clipwise saves web pages and selections into Notion databases you authorize. It depends on Notion's public API and on your browser; we aren't responsible for outages or changes on those platforms, but we'll work to keep Clipwise compatible.
Plans and payment
- The Free plan includes 10 clips per calendar month. Pro costs US$6 per month or US$48 per year, plus any tax shown at checkout.
- Payments, invoices, taxes and refunds are handled by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record, under Polar's terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in the Polar customer portal; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
- If Clipwise doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Your content
You're responsible for what you clip and for respecting the copyright and terms of the sites you save. Clipwise doesn't claim any rights to your content.
Acceptable use
Don't use Clipwise to break the law, to scrape sites at scale, or to interfere with Notion or other services.
No warranty
Clipwise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Clipwise in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.
